I got my first-ever perm (male) experience here! I book my appointment with Aery, I’ve no idea what my hair gonna look like (not confident enough because it’s gonna be my first time doing perm) and also what will happen to my hair condition. Shortly, Aery and her team introduce professionally about my hair condition first before getting it done, letting me know what type of perm that suits me, also what-to-do next / after treatment. The session is done, and I was very happy with the result. 10/10 for Aery and all the staffs as they are very nice and friendly! Definitely will comeback, for all occasions, perm or only for getting a regular haircut! Also, it’s really worth the price compare to another salon’s in Melb CBD! easy booking system, reschedule and cancellation as well!

This is possibly the first salon I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my experience with so far. I came for a digital perm. My hair was very stubborn and difficult to curl, ultimately the result was not curly enough, as I was going for natural, but the curls didn’t hold. I messaged the salon and they didn’t hesitate to offer to completely redo my hair to how I wanted it. The whole time, the hairdressers were super nice and the service was always good. I felt bad for asking for a fix, but Winter did a great job and did so with a lot of grace. I’ll definitely be coming again!

It was my first time going to this salon and the person in charge of me noticed the problem on my hair right away, i forgot her name but she was wearing a floral pink dress yesterday and she was very nice, she couldn't really speak english well but she made sure to understand the things i want for my hair and shes also very knowledgeable, she was also very gentle with washing my hair and even offered snacks and water which i really appreciate. Over all i loved the service and the result of my hair. Be back again soon ☺️
